​Online Purchases

For watches purchased remotely, including via platforms such as eBay or Chrono24, returns may be accepted within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable UK consumer legislation.

Returned items must be in the same condition as supplied, with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories included. The watch must not have been worn, altered, or damaged following delivery. Once received and verified, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

In-Person Transactions

Watches purchased in person, including private meetings or viewings, are considered final upon completion of the transaction.

Sale of Watches to Ward & Co

Where a watch is sold to Ward & Co, the transaction is final once the watch has been inspected, accepted, and payment has been made. Sellers are under no obligation to proceed prior to agreement.

Faults or Misdescription

In the unlikely event that a watch is found to be materially not as described, please contact us promptly. We will review the matter and respond appropriately in line with your statutory rights.
